  • The booking is secured once a 50% non-refundable deposit is paid. This policy helps us to manage reservations and ensures that your chosen time slot is reserved for your event.

  • Yes, you can opt out of delivery. Depending on the size of the balloon garland, you will need a large SUV to transport it yourself. Make sure to measure the garland dimensions to ensure it fits comfortably in your vehicle.

  • We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to book. The remaining 50% is due 7 days prior to the event. A credit card number is required to make the reservation but final payment can be made by several methods. We will contact you for final payment. If reservations are cancelled, deposit will be kept as a non-refundable store credit only, to be used within 1 year. Changes to the reservation are permited up to 7 days prior to event.
